Before we refurbish lifts, we ensure customers understand all their options. We take the time to understand the requirements and give the clients the full information on the choices ahead of them.
On the rare occasion our engineers cannot fix the issue on their initial visit, we call upon our team of fault diagnosis technicians who will attend site to rectify the fault, getting your lift running as soon as possible.
Our engineers carry advanced multi-diagnostic tools an assortment of spare parts for all makes of lift, often allowing for immediate installation and resuming the lift to service during the first visit without any unnecessary delays.
